Our organically grown annatto seeds are incredibly popular in Mexican cuisine. These seeds are so brightly coloured and flavourful, they'll brighten up almost any dish when added in. Annatto seeds have a typically Mexican flavour palette - peppery, but somewhat sweet too, making them incredibly versatile for almost any recipe. They're also packed with many vital vitamins and minerals, another reason to add them into your cooking where you can!
