Butter 'Chicken' Base

The Butter Chicken Base has been perfected using large pieces of onion and tantalising spices. Charlie has created this recipe without using butter. Add as much or as little as you like for a wonderful buttery taste! Why not stir in a dollop of creme fraiche to create a creamy texture?
