Our caraway seeds are ideal for cooking and baking. These seeds are typically found in the baking process of Rye and sourdough breads, but you can also use them to add a punch of flavour to plenty of dishes. We recommend doing this with different vegetable dishes, soups or for flavouring potatoes!
Caraway seeds are typically high in fibre, so adding these to your meal can help give you a boost and perhaps reduce bloating, along with all the other benefits fibre brings to your body. You can also use this product in desserts for a warm, sweet-spiced flavour and along with this, caraway seeds play a big part in home-made pickling. They're also ideal for making your own sauerkraut.
