Sleepytime Extra Herbal Tea to Calm & Relax

  • Contains Chamomile and Valerian.
  • Noticeable fragrances are spearmint and citrus.
  • Infuse with hot water for 4-6 minutes.

Sleepy Time Extra has very similar flavours of the original Sleepy Time blend, but it also contains Valerian to help promote a feeling of calmness and helps the body to relax, all to aid a restful sleep.

Chamomile (34%), Spearmint, West Indian Lemongrass, Hawthorn, Tilia Flowers, Organe Blossoms, Valerian (2%).
