As a provider of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial effects, Ceylon Cinnamon is a great supplement for immune system support as well as reducing blood pressure. The Ceylon variety of Cinnamon predominantly grown in Sri Lanka has a low level of Coumarin which means it is safe for prolonged dosage without causing toxicity to the liver.
