Coconut Blossom Nectar Syrup

A natural sweetener with a difference - our Biona Organic Coconut Blossom Syrup harnesses the power of coconuts to create a uniquely flavoured syrup. Produced using nectar collected from the sap of coconut blossoms, the syrup has a delectably sweet coconut flavour that makes a perfect topping for cakes, ice-cream, or any of your favourite desserts.

Directions

  1. Use this as an alternative to golden syrup in pancakes and other desserts.
  2. Spread coconut nectar onto toast, just like honey!
  3. Stir into tea or coffee as a low-GI alternative to sugar.
