Coconut Milk Powder

• Handy pack to keep in the cupboard - simply add water!
• Use in place of regular coconut milk.
• This pack makes 20 cupfuls (around 4 litres) of thin coconut milk or 7 cupfuls (around 1.5 litres) of thick coconut milk.
• Use as much as you like, whenever you like. No need to open a whole can!

This coconut milk powder has a variety of uses - from curries to desserts to drinks. Add to a curry for an authentic Thai taste, or mix into desserts and drinks. This powder can replace regular coconut milk in any recipe (that we know of), and has all of the delicious taste of coconut milk. Made from real coconut.

The advantage of this powder is that you can keep it in the cupboard and use as much as you like. No need to open a whole can!

Directions

• To make thick milk: Add 3 tablespoons of this coconut milk powder to a cupful (250ml) of warm water and stir.
• To make thin milk: Add 1 tablespoon of this coconut milk powder to a cupful (250ml) of warm water and stir.
• Adding straight into your cooking: Use this powder in place of coconut milk in Thai/Malaysian curries. It has a thickening effect.
• In desserts: Coconut milk powder can be used in many desserts, such as rice pudding or as a flavouring for ice cream.
• In drinks: This coconut milk powder can be added to drinks such as hot chocolate, or even enjoyed as a drink on its own.
