Coriander seeds are commonly used in Indian cooking, as well as featuring in Asian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. This product has a mild, citrus and sweetly spiced flavour to it. Coriander seeds are great for flavouring soups, stews, curries, stir-fries and is fantastic as a base ingredient for making spice mixes and marinades. The best way to make use of our coriander seeds is to grind them right before use, this will keep the flavour at it's freshest and most optimal.
