Coriander is commonly used in Indian cooking, as well as featuring in Asian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. This product has a mild, citrus and sweetly spiced flavour to it. This product is great for flavouring soups, stews, curries, stir-fries and is fantastic as a base ingredient for making spice mixes and marinades. You can use our coriander powder much like you would coriander seeds, just without the fuss of grinding them yourself!
