Dr Karg's Organic Roasted Onion Crispbread is baked with wholegrain flour. It is high in fibre and has no artificial preservatives, additives or colourings. No added fats or oils. Dr Karg's crispbread is also high in omega 3/omega 6 because the seed content of this bread is 22%. Dr Karg's crispbread is very crispy and tasty indeed, and ideal as the basis for a quick snack. The bag has a recloseable clip.
