Cantaloupes are a fantastic source of antioxidants, as well as being packed full of minerals and vitamins. Its incredibly high in vitamin C and regarded as a superfood because of this. As this product has been dehydrated, it has removed the water content but the nutrients are still present which makes this a fab dried fruit to snack on.
You can also add this to your breakfast of choice, whether that's cereal/grains of some kind or yogurt, to add a sweetly soured kick of flavour. This dried product is also perfect for baking, cake decorating, candy making and adding anywhere else that you might want a boost of vitamin C, nutrients and flavour.
