The Niru green chilli (or butter chilli), has a nice flavour and good level of heat. These can be eaten as they are or prepared for cooking. If you are a chilli fan, you'll really enjoy biting into these. These green chillies have been mildly salted during the drying process, though the salty hint lends itself well to the chilli's flavour.
These green chillies can be chopped or ground into Thai or Indian cuisine; use in curries, meat rubs, dressings and marinades.
