After pre-cooking your onions, vegetables, pulses or other ingredients of your choice, add one jar of curry paste, plus two jars (400ml) of cold water and stir. Cover and simmer until all ingredients are cooked, stirring occasionally. Serve on a bed of rice or rice alternative.
