Greek-style cheese is a vegan, kosher and dairy free cheese alternative, made with coconut oil, and evokes a taste of Southern European cuisine along with that amazing, ever-so-slightly crumbly texture.
It's one of the latest additions to our cheese range, as we're always developing new products with improved textures and flavours! Also, unlike its dairy counterpart, this one actually melts too, but the place where it's most at home is cubed and diced in mixed salads, on crackers or in sandwiches (with slices of beefsteak tomato and a sprig or two of basil or oregano). All the Bute Island team hope you'll like it as much as they enjoyed making it.
