Macadamia nuts are a similar size to a hazelnut but has a creamy flavour and crunchy texture similar to Brazil nuts, though slightly softer, sweeter and more 'buttery'.
How to Use
- A handful of macadamias makes for a satisfying snack.
- Chop the nuts and add to yoghurt, desserts and cakes.
- Dip in raw chocolate and let cool for a tasty sweet treat.
- Add to flapjacks for a lovely buttery crunch.
