Nakd Bars

Nakd bars are a fruit-based healthy snack made entirely from raw ingredients. They are tasty and come in a range of flavours including cocoa orange, apple pie, banana bread, cocoa loco and berry cheeky. We like Nakd bars because they offer an excellent range of flavours, and are made from entirely healthy ingredients. They contain no sugar, no preservatives and no nonsense - just 100% healthy food.

Raw Wholefood

Nakd bars belong to a class of foods known as "raw wholefoods". The idea behind raw wholefood is that heating food reduces its nutritional value. For this reason, Nakd bars are made entirely with non-cooked ingredients. In general, they are made just from fruit and nuts and stuff, just pressed together. Their factory is somewhere in Wales.

A good snack for kids

Children will like Nakd bars, and they are a good way of persuading kids to eat fruit, even if they do not normally like fruit. Unlike a lot of other bars, Nakd bars contain no sugar, no preservatives, no sweeteners and no funny stuff. They are a 100% healthy snack, made of actual food. You can put them in a kid's lunchbox and they will actually eat it!

Even the chocolate-flavoured ones don't contain sugar. They are flavoured with cocoa, and rely on the fruit for the sweetness.

A teatime snack for eating at work

Nakd bars are a popular snack for about four o'clock in the afternoon, when you get hungry and normally pop to the corner shop.
