100% Organic Barley Flour

  • A light flour, mild in flavour.
  • Use in place of wheat flour in muffins, cakes and biscuits.
  • Combine with wheat flour for bread and rolls.
  • Use to thicken sauces.

Barley flour contains less gluten than wheat flour, which means it will need mixing with wheat flour in yeast-based recipes for a better rise and texture.
