Granovita Linusprout with Cranberries is made from sprouted golden flaxseed. It is a rich source of omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids (EFAs) that makes for an excellent food supplement. It is also high in fibre, protein, B-vitamins, iron and calcium.

Directions

Take one heaped tablespoon (10g) of linusprout per day, with plenty of liquid. Ideal for use on cereals/muesli/porridge. Flaxseed powder has a thickening effect on liquids and will add extra consistency to your breakfast. You can also take Granovita Linusprout with yoghurt or fruit juice.
