Rice Flakes are a popular alternative for those who wish to avoid wheats, oats and gluten, but love their porridge and muesli.

Directions

  • For porridge, take a cup of these rice flakes and add to a pan or bowl of boiling water or hot milk. Leave to simmer for about 10 minutes and serve. You can add fruit, nuts and syrup to taste.
  • For muesli, you may prefer to soak the rice flakes the night before in order to soften them. Rice flakes taste delicious with apple, cinnamon and honey.
