Our organic puffed spelt is the perfect choice when it comes to breakfast time. These can be enjoyed as they are with a splash of milk, or you can add them to yogurts, muesli and top smoothies for an added crunch. You can also drizzle on honey, maple syrup or sprinkle with your favourite sugar, or sweetener, to give a boost of sweetness and flavour.
This product can also be used to make your very own cereal or granola bars at home - a healthier alternative to store bought bars as you'll have full control of the ingredients. Alternatively you can add some into a bowl with your favourite butter nut spread for a crunchy, protein rich snack.
