These brown rice noodles are easy to cook in just a couple of minutes and can be added to soups or stir-fries. As their name suggests, they make the perfect Pad Thai Noodles Dish. These Noodles are medium flat noodles around 3mm wide. They are designed to be cooked in a stir-fry, like authentic Pad Thai noodles, are of a firmer consistency in order to cope with being thrown around the pan. They also have a wide, flat shape to absorb all of the sauce, and are slightly sticky and chewy, making for a filling, satisfying dish!
Suitable for those on a gluten-free diet.
Directions
Place in boiling water for 3 minutes. To make the perfect pad thai, create a stir-fry with shallots, fish sauce, tamarind paste, chilli, egg, peanuts or peanut butter and a little sugar. Serve with lime wedges.
