Peruvian Paprika

• TRS paprika has a peppery, mildly spicy flavour.
• Gently heating in oil will bring out the flavours.

Paprika is made from a mild chilli pepper known as a pimento, and is generally milder than chilli powder. It is designed to impart flavour rather than just heat. This is a a mild, Peruvian paprika. It is medium-sweet and medium-hot.

Directions

Paprika is typically used in Moroccan or Southern-European/Mediterranean cookery. Simply add to the pan around midway through cooking for that authentic taste.
