Cumin is a popular ingredient in Indian cuisine and is similarly known for this much like coriander is. Cumin seeds have a strong, spiced flavour when they are use whole, but to bring this flavour out even more it's recommended to crush the seeds just before the intended use. This will keep the flavour strong, fresh and incredibly fragrant.
You can use cumin seeds, either whole or crushed, for curries, rice dishes, stir-fries and plenty more. With how strong the flavour of these seeds can be, a little can truly go a long way!
