Roasted blanched hazelnuts.

These hazelnuts have been shelled and then roasted. They are perfect to eat as a snack and to add to your porridge or muesli for breakfast. They have no additives whatsoever. Their toasty flavour and superb crunch is enhanced by the roasting process.

Roasted hazelnuts will lend an creamy richness and depth to your cooking, whether that be sweet or savoury.

Other ways of using these hazelnuts

  • Grind down in a coffee grinder to make a flour for tasty macaroons.
  • Roughly chop and add to stuffing or nut roast.
  • Stir a handful into melted chocolate.
