These blackberries have been very gently sun-dried. They have been picked from organically certified wild blackberry bushes in Uzbekistan. These dried blackberries contain no additives, sweetener or preservatives.

Pearls of Samarkand blackberries have a rich sweet and fruity flavour and have been dried in their whole form.
