Sweet-sour Onion Relish

This onion marmalade enhances the flavour of cheese and cold meats. Try alongside cheese on toast (Welsh Rarebit) and or a jacket potato. Sits well as a spread inside a meat or veggie wrap or sandwich.

Try roasting some squash and sweet potato, then garnish with goats cheese and a few spoonfuls of this relish.
