These hemp seeds are ready to eat as they are, and they're packed full of healthy fats, omega-3's and omega-6's, as well as plenty of other nutrients. You can opt to sprinkle these on to your usual breakfast cereal, add onto toast with avocado or mix into a superfood salad. These hulled seeds can also be added on top of baked breads and rolls, similar to how you would make homemade garlic bread, for a nutty protein rich bite.
