Mild Madras Curry Powder

  • Traditional and flavoursome curry powder recipe.
  • Simply stir in with frying meats, vegetables or stock.
  • Low-Medium heat.
This madras powder contains lots of tasty Indian spices and has a medium heat. It is lightly darker than the Hampshire Foods Hot Madras as there is a greater quantity of turmeric in this blend, which effects the final colour.
