Organic Wheat Flakes

• Add to directly to cereal and muesli.
• Mix with coconut sugar and butter/coconut oil then bake to make your own Granola.
• Use as a bread topping.
• Use instead of oats to make flapjacks.

These wheat flakes are organically grown and have nothing added to them whatsoever. You can used them as is in breakfast cereals or pre-soak for a Bircher style muesli instead of the usual oat flakes.

The flakes also make a good ingredient for biscuits and other baking as they add more fibre.
