Yin Zhen silver needle tea. This version, as it's grown and produced in another area, has a more complex taste profile. Our Yin Zhen Guangxi silver needle tea has fruity (similar to plums and melons), woody notes with hints of sweet honey flavour. This tea is best brewed at 80°C for 3-4 minutes, and can be brewed multiple times according to your taste. However, you can also try a lower temperature with a longer steeping time.
