Golden Organic Soya Flour
- Used in making breads, cakes and sauces.
- 100% pure soya flour.

Soya flour is made by toasting the soya bean and grinding it into a fine powder. It characteristically golden yellow in colour and quite a soft, subtly moist texture. It has a more savoury flavour than some flours but works well in both sweet and savoury dishes.
This product may be sent to customers in the same form it arrives from our suppliers. If this is the case, it is not opened at our facility. Packaging methods and materials may vary - all food safety laws are strictly adhered to. Please contact us for more information.
Soya flour can be used as part of a general flour mix for wheat-free baking. The proportions are as follows:
Organic soya flour 100%. Made from toasted soya beans. (Last Batch packed: Produce of Austria).
Note that although soya does not naturally contain gluten, we cannot yet guarantee that this flour is gluten-free below 20ppm. The Infinity Foods soya flour below adheres to the stricter standards:
