Fine plain whole wheat flour ideal for pastry, cakes and scones.

This wholemeal flour is very finely stoneground from soft English wheat grain. There is a good amount of fibre in this flour which will help to make your recipes a little healthier. This kilo bag is enough for several batches of scones, pastry, cakes and could even be used to make wholemeal noodles/pasta. There are 6 recipes on the back of the pack to get you started, even one for basic wholemeal pastry!
