Our fenugreek seeds are a wonderful addition to any kitchen cupboard. This product is typically used in Indian cuisine, for finishing off dishes like curries and rice recipes, however you can use fenugreek seeds in plenty of ways. They are great to add into vegetable stews and soups, adding a light kick of flavour along with a boost of protein and fibre.
To prepare these for recipes you can toast these in the oven for up to 3 minutes and then grind down for ease of adding into curries, rice, soups, stir-fries and more. You can also grind the seeds down to add into a mixture of other spices for a varied blend of flavour.
