These dried figs can be eaten as they are. There is no need to soak them! Eat them as a snack... even the children will like them, as they are naturally sweet and pleasantly chewy.
Try chopping them up and adding them to your breakfast. You can cook with these too - why not try making fig rolls, fig tarts, figgy toffee pudding or fig chutney? You can also use them in savoury meals such as tagines, or mixed with Parma ham and feta cheese.
