Goji berries, sometimes known as
Wolf Berries are bright red berries packed full of Vitamin C, Vitamin A and amino acids. They make a tasty alternative to raisins and sultanas.
Gojis have a gentle sweetness with a chewy texture making them a satisfying snack either on their own or as part of a fruit and nut mix. The berries can also be soaked and will become soft and plump. The berries make a bright and healthy garnish for both sweet and savoury dishes.
