Miracle Noodles have a great range of low carb products ranging from penne to rice! These products are made from shirataki, which is an almost calorie-free natural fibre of a native asian vegetable. Their range is gluten-free and vegan friendly! Best of all each pack is only 10 calories and contains no cholesterol!

We think these noodles would work well in a soup-based dish or in a stir fry! They are very similar to rice vermicelli - but with a softer structure.

Directions:

These noodles can be used just as you would use regular noodles. Shirataki Noodles only require one minute of cooking time. Simply submerge in boiling water or in your desired sauce and serve!
