Gentle Iron & Vitamin C

Our Gentle Iron (18mg) is combined with Vitamin C (80mg) for maximum absorption. Iron is an essential mineral for cognitive function, concentration and a healthy mood. Iron deficiency can lead you to feeling low on energy, anaemia, and is more common among women and those on plant-based diets.

Iron absorption from plant-foods can be as little as 2-5%, but including Vitamin C increases absorption of Iron by 10x. Iron is vital for a healthy immune system and energy levels.

Directions

Take one capsule per day.

It's important to avoid tea and coffee for 30 minutes either side of taking your Gentle Iron & Vitamin C supplement because they can hinder Iron absorption.

Brown rice flour, Vitamin C (acsorbic acid), Capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Iron (ferrous fumarate).
