Directions
This oat bran is ideal for people who consume oat bran regularly, such as those who are on the Dukan diet or those who wish to use oat bran to maintain regularity. In particular, those on the Dukan diet can easily consume between 1 and 2 kilos a month, so this is a great value pack.
The easiest way to use oat bran is to sprinkle it over your breakfast (muesli, cereals or porridge) or to cook it into cakes and biscuits.
Oat bran is also a useful cooking ingredient, and is commonly used to add texture to baked products such as bread. It is tastier than one might think, with a natural sweetness reminiscent of digestive biscuits.
