This Clearspring Rapeseed Oil has been cold pressed. The oil from the rape seed has been extracted without the use of heat or chemicals, just simply filtered after the pressing process. This ensures the oil retains its nutritional goodness and flavour.

Keep stored in a cool, dark place. Heat no higher than 100°c (Not suitable for frying).
