This spelt flour can easily replace conventional wheat flour in many of your favourite recipes. It is a creamy white coloured flour that has had the bran removed to help you produce paler, less brown looking baked items. This is also useful if you wish to add colour (natural or otherwise) to your cakes and biscuits.
White Spelt Flour can also be used to bake bread.
