Brown Bread Flour Mix - Gluten Free

  • Brown bread flour, complete with recipe instructions.
  • Designed to be used in place of wheat flour.
  • Free from nuts and gluten - contains natural gum.
Dove's Farm brown bread flour has been specially made for people who are unable to eat gluten. This flour allows you to bake fresh, warm brown bread at home - either in the oven or in a bread making machine if you have one.

To make the bread, all you need is basic cupboard ingredients such as eggs, milk, oil, normal vinegar and Quick Yeast (yeast also manufactured by Dove's Farm).
