These deep green pumpkin seeds are grown in Europe. These seeds have no outer husk and are dried naturally in the sun. They have a delicious, naturally semi-sweet flavour.
These European pumpkin seeds have a rich nuttiness, and can easily be enjoyed as a snack on their own or mixed with fruits and nuts. Sprinkle onto salads, into pasta and stir into bread dough prior to baking. Add to stuffing or roughly crush before mixing with oatmeal or breadcrumbs for a healthy fish crust.
